Wellbeing Spot Newsletter - September 2009

It's been full steam ahead at the WellbeingSpot, with over 20 new articles added this month, an even mix from our editorial team, practitioners and our site visitors sharing their wellbeing experiences. We've seen a bit of a surge in our search engine rankings as well which is great.

Our traffic is up from 7000 page views a month in June to 67,000 so far in August. Modest gains, but gains all the same.

In this our first newsletter, we are featuring 4 new articles, 1 written by one of our practitioners, the other 3 personal experiences shared by some of our members. We hope you enjoy reading them, and of course if you wish to add your own articles to our site we'll be happy to publish them.
