First published in 1983 this book has sold millions of copies around the world.  Famously, Allen Carr himself was a 100 cigarette a day smoker for 30 years until he realised what he was doing to himself and his loved ones with his addiction.

Allen Carr wrote his Easyway to Stop Smoking book in the early 1980s and it was first released in 1985 and was instantly popular. Since this time he has opened stop smoking clinics world wide and is credited with helping millions of people to stop smoking.

By reading the Easyway book while still smoking it is claimed that the psychological need to smoke is removed. Once the smoker has finished reading the book it is reported that it is not only easy to quit smoking but it is also enjoyable.
