Music Therapy
Music Therapy is an holistic therapy that uses music to attend to physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals of all ages. Music therapy may improve the quality of life for persons who are well and meets the needs of children and adults with disabilities or illnesses. Music therapy interventions can be designed to:

- manage stress, anger and loss
- assist in mental conditions such as depression
- alleviate pain, physical and mental
- enhance personal expression
- enhance memory
- improve communication
- promote physical rehabilitation.
